5. Payment Terms

All fees are due upon order placement. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the chosen method.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may request a refund up to 48 hours before a scheduled session. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days from approval.

If you wish to reschedule a session, notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

6.2 Info Products

Requests for a refund must be made within 14 days of purchase and before accessing more than 10% of the content. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

6.3 Goods

Defective items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Non-defective items may not qualify for a refund after 30 days.

6.4 Non-Refundable Services

Certain custom assessments and on-site planning sessions require significant resource allocation and are not eligible for refund. These sessions are confirmed only after both parties agree on scope and schedule.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a service, contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to provide adequate notice may forfeit eligibility for refund or credit.

8. Limitation of Liability

PureMaxla’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service, product, or item in question.
